This is week 1 of a 36 week training plan. Each week is designed to lead into the next. However, all weeks will be sold individually and you are more than welcome to join in whenever you would like.
All exercises come with hyperlinks and desired percentage of one rep max. If there is an exercise that you cannot perform, I would suggest selecting a reasonable substitute.
Each training week will be released one week at a time and will remain permanently up. This will allow anyone to start from the beginning at any point in time.
These phases will include strength, power, recovery and peaking weeks/blocks.
