This 2 week program is focused on the integration of isometrics for strength and power. After writing our book on Isometrics for Performance, we wanted to provide some real-life examples of how isometric protocols can be integrated into training.

The program will follow a 5 day split, for 2 weeks. All videos will come with links demonstrating how to properly perform the exercise.

 

How to read

In the program, each day will be split into two different loading patterns. Week  1 will be percentage on the left and week 2 will be the percentage on the right. 

As you can see in this example, week 1 loading is on the left of the two loading columns and week 2 loading is on the right (Week 1:  45,65,75% Week 2: 60,70,80%)
