Teddy has been working with athletes since 2007. Prior to becoming a Physical Therapist, Teddy was a strength and conditioning coach for 4 years. Teddy’s diverse background in both the rehab and high level performance realms gives him a unique understanding of the demands of high level athletes and their rehab. Teddy has a powerlifting background as well, but is not actively competing right now. Teddy is a sports medicine PT at Healthy Baller, a performance facility in Rockville, MD, a suburb of Washington D.C.
Teddy enjoys writing and posting on a variety of topics including physical therapy profession advancement, performance training, injury prevention, powerlifting, and strength training for the rehab professional. One of Teddy’s primary goals as a practitioner and writer is to incorporate strength and conditioning principles and ideas into the rehab and physical therapy world.
